Thursday 16th Feb

09:00 - 10:30 General meeting including a presentation from Mark and a
Question and Answer session.

Invitees are TEEMA members, university staff or students, press, local
business people and government officers.

10:45 - 12:15 We can then take an hour for press interviews and media
arrangements ( video possibly as suggested )

12:15 - 13:00 Lunch

13:00~14:00 RDEC (with Chuan-Te Ho, the Director General
of Information Management)

14:00~15:00 NSC (with Jan-Ming Ho, the Director General
of Division of Planning and Evaluation. Also the
Director of Software Liberty Association, Taiwan)

16:15 - 17:00 Meetings with Taichung teachers and Steven from the NCHC.

17:30 - 19:00 Presentation and discussion at University ( to students and
staff, at the University if it is possible to get there in reasonable time
from previous meeting.


Friday 17th Feb

All of these meetings are planned at the companies offices, but due to time
constraint, when we invite them, can we ask if it is possible to meet at our
hotel ?

09:00 - 10:00 Via at their offices

10:00 - 10:45 travel to Liteon

10:45 - 11:45 Liteon at their offices

11:45 - 12:00 between meetings ( I believe all of the following companies
below are close by each other )

12:00 - 13:00 one on one ( following four slots to be shared between Acer,
Asus, Gigabyte and Quanta )

13:00 - 13:30 lunch break

13:30 - 14:30 one on one

14:30 - 14:15 between meetings

14:15 - 15:15 one on one

15:15 - 15:30 between meetings

15:30 - 16:30 one on one
